The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists Office of Education is responsible for the supervision, coordination, promotion and K-10 accreditation evaluations for the schools within the Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, including 19-K-8 schools, 5-K-10 junior academies, 3-K-12 schools, and 1-day academy.
We employ 175 teachers and serve approximately 2,500 students each year. The Office of Education personnel engages in the development and implementation of curriculum resources. We sponsor and staff three major ministries each year: 9th and 10th grade Bible Camp, 7th and 8th grade Music Festival and Outdoor School for 5th and 6th grade students.
Accreditation Statement
The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventist schools are fully accredited by the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges and Universities, which is a recognized member of the National Council for Private School Accreditation, as well as the Texas Private School Accreditation Commission and the Texas Education Agency.
Educate for Eternity
Educate for Eternity is an initiative designed to encourage new student enrollment in Seventh-day Adventist schools throughout the Texas Conference. This partnership between the families, the local school, and the Texas Conference will provide financial assistance to new students through a three-way commitment.
