I am a single mother of a wonderful, loving, intelligent, active, creative, techy, social, out-going, athletic, creative, hard-working, God-fearing teenage son.

My teen believes in the one & only loving, omnipotent Heavenly Father. He has prayed, "Lord, help Thou my unbelief...", "Lord, help me overcome temptation...", Lord, help me to grow into a Godly, respectful, responsible, loving, strong, honorable, faithful, intelligent, virtuous man."

We need major prayer. There are MUCH more distractions in this world than there ever were before. Jesus is coming back soon!

We start and end the day with family worship_hymns, prayer & scripture reading. He leads out and picks the hymns & devotional he will read. We each pick the scripture we will recite or read.

I believe it's important for him to lead out in family worship (as he will one day lead his family to the Lord), and for him to chose what songs will minister to his heart/mind (to help keep him anchored).

We've been through numerous storms in our lives, and have tried to continue to praise our Heavenly Father through the storm. We are definitely dealing with great deal. Because of our life experiences, many Christians tear us down. My son had a rough start, but the Lord has changed his life. He keeps choosing Jesus.

There are those Christians who believe that our Heavenly Father is limited. A 13 or 14 year old who received ungodly instructions from his troubled dad can't change years later, and choose to follow his Heavenly Father instead. The Bible is full of characters who had a life changing experience and became mighty men (& wonderful women) of God_ Paul, and King David are great examples.

PLEASE, please pray for a increase in finances, safety, a steady job that fits our household, peace that passes all understanding, joy, support, love, wisdom, discernment, steadfastness to our Heavenly Father no matter what 'storms' come our way.

May we all be filled and baptized with the Holy Spirit every moment of the day. May we all be surrounded with God's presence, and His Holy, mighty Angels. May we all constantly seek God's face every moment of our lives.

Thank you so much.

May the One and only true God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Our Heavenly Father bless you as you bless others.

I would like to request prayers for harmony, love of God, love of others, and peace in my family. I would like to request prayers for myself because I haven't physically been to church in a long time and I have no community at all. I would like prayers for myself to get my dream job. With the job I would be able to go to church in person, my life would improve greatly, and the job is one that has a very positive impact on other people's lives. Additionally, for the health and career of a close relative.

Good evening, dear sisters and brothers. I am humbly asking for prayers for my 20-year-old cousin from Kenya. She was involved in a road traffic accident while going back to college last Friday. She is in the ICU in critical condition. The steel hit her skull, and she sustained multiple fractures in her skull. She lost one eye and sustained severe head and brain damage.

She was supposed to have another surgery today, but her pulse rate is critically low. They are monitoring her. Hopefully, the pulse will stabilize, and then she can go in for surgery to help relieve pressure on her brain.

May God restore her health and grant her peace.

Unfortunately, her friend who was seated next to her passed away instantly.

Please pray for her family as well.

May God’s will be done.

Thank you!

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

Please pray for my husband and me. He has left our home, and our marriage is going through a deep crisis. I pray that the Holy Spirit touches his heart, brings him back to God, and, if it is God’s will, restores our marriage and family.

Please also pray for me during this difficult season. Ask God to guide my life according to His will, bless the work of my hands, provide for my needs, and show me the path He has prepared for me. Pray that He gives me wisdom, peace, strength, and faith.

If possible, please include my prayer request in your church prayer group or prayer chain. We are a young family, and this trial has been very difficult for me to bear alone. I truly believe that God is able to work in our lives and that He hears the united prayers of His people. Thank you for standing with us in prayer.

Thank you for your prayers for my husband and me.

With gratitude,

I am asking for your prayers for my marriage and my heart. I have reached my limit; I am physically and spiritually drained. I have changed and done everything possible, including completing the Love Dare, yet all my efforts are met with suspicion and lack of trust.

Please pray specifically that God breaks the chains of pride and the fear of external opinions that have paralyzed my husband, He is a God's man, his child. He is so consumed by what others think that he cannot act with truth or courage. I have done my part, and now I am surrendering this battle to the Lord. Please pray for my peace as I step back and leave this in His hands.

J17:21, Together As One, is an initiative based on John 17:21 that foresees the Texas Conference united and ignited by the Holy Spirit; praying together passionately, powerfully and perpetually for specific and strategic needs in the local churches, schools and throughout the Texas Conference.

We believe that as we fulfill the prayer of Jesus in John 17:21 the latter rain will be experienced throughout the 10 areas of the Texas Conference, in our homes, schools and churches.

In support of this initiative, the Prayer Ministries team provided a Texas Conference “Prayer Map” that enables individuals to pray for each church, school and entity in the Texas Conference. Interactive Prayer Map

The initiative continues with daily, monthly, quarterly and annual resources encouraging us to pray, Together As One.

We are looking for 1,000 intercessors who are committed to praying daily for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit across the Texas Conference. For churches, pastors, teachers, members, students, ministry leaders, communities and those who God is drawing to Himself.

We believe God will bless our churches as we fulfill the mission of reaching everyone, everywhere, by first uniting together to pray for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

Yes, count me in! I’m praying daily for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit!

Prayer holds a sacred spot in the life of the believer and an important place in the experience and mission of the church.
Without earnest consistent prayer, the believer has no spiritual power and cannot overcome.
Without meaningful heartfelt prayer in the mission and experience of the church, its worship becomes empty and worthless.

“Jesus Himself, while He dwelt among men, was often in prayer…. His humanity made prayer a necessity and a privilege. He found comfort and joy in communion with His Father. And if the Saviour of men, the Son of God, felt the need of prayer, how much more should feeble, sinful, mortals feel the necessity of fervent, constant prayer.” Steps to Christ
