Robyn-Anna Grimsley is an associate superintendent for Education for the Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists in Alvarado, Texas. She has dedicated over two decades to excellence in education. It was only when she entered the Adventist Educational system, after nearly a decade in secular education, that she realized that true access to rigorous academics is only accessible through Jesus, the Author of all. She strives to support school educators as they work together for the betterment of the youth in the Lord, especially because she knows that being an educator is not a job; it is a calling. She holds two bachelor’s degrees and two masters in Education: one in Educational Leadership and one in Curriculum and Instruction. If she has free time, she enjoys exercise, reading and taste-testing spicy food to see how much she can stand. Her favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 38: 16-17 because it speaks to God’s constant hand of provision and His plans being greater than our desires.
