Tatiana Meharry serves as Human Resources director for the Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. Since beginning her career in 2008, she has been dedicated to fostering a workplace culture that supports both the personal well-being and professional growth of employees. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, Texas, and is pursuing professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
Originally from Brazil, Meharry is fluent in Portuguese, bringing valuable cultural insight and communication skills to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Douglas; their two children, Lucas and Alissa; and their dog, Bella.
One of Meharry’s guiding principles comes from her favorite Bible verse, Joshua 1:9 ESV:
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
