Ruber Leal, D.Min., has spent over 30 years coaching and mentoring individuals across three continents, helping them discover and reach their highest potential. As a husband, father, entrepreneur, speaker, teacher, mentor, and pastor, he brings a rich blend of experience and wisdom to the pursuit of purpose and fulfillment.
In addition to serving as the Family Ministries director for the Texas Conference, Leal is also the family pastor at the Richardson Seventh-day Adventist Church. Together with his wife, Ketty, he is the speaker-director of ForeverONE, a ministry dedicated to strengthening marriages and providing relationship resources throughout North America. At workshops, trainings, and retreats, he is passionate about fostering growth, connection, and lasting transformation.
Leal enjoys speaking to strangers, writing, off-roading, and exploring new places with his wife of 32 years. One of his favorite Bible verses is Romans 5:5: “Hope does not disappoint…”
The Leals are the proud parents of two adult children and are co-authors of A Journal for Him and Her, a transformative resource designed to promote personal growth, wholeness, and deeper relationships. With a heart for guiding others toward lives of meaning, strong connections, and continual growth, they are both deeply committed to helping individuals and families thrive.
