Nilda was born in the Dominican Republic. She graduated from Antillian Adventist University in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico with a bachelor’s degree in Bilingual Education and has served for years as an elementary teacher for the school districts in Crowley and Fort Worth, Texas. Nilda earned a master degree in Educational Leadership from Andrews University, Michigan.  Today she serves the Texas Conference as director of Women’s Ministry for Hispanic churches. Married to Pastor Sergio Rodriguez with whom they have two children: Wesley (25) and Lizbeth (21). Together the Rodriguez-Diep couple are the creators of The Sanctuary Experience, a prayer room themed on the theology of the Shrine. Nilda has hobbies taking care of her orchid plants, baking delicious meals and traveling to other countries. His favorite biblical passage is Psalm 34:15 “The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry.”
