A heart for serving the Lord, Doug Denny, reception for the Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, has a Bachelor of Science degree from West Texas A&M University. Denny started his new position in January 2022. He previously served in the Texas Conference Print Shop and Communication & Public Relations departments since 2007. In Denny’s free time, he enjoys spending it with his family and friends, and his beloved Chihuahuas Lexi and Berkley. One of his favorite Bible verses is “This is my command-Be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go,” Joshua 1:9 NLT, because it gives him encouragement whenever he feel discouraged.
