A 4-part Virtual Series for All Church Members

A 4-part Virtual Series for All Church Members

Session 4 – Creating a Guest-Friendly Church Environment: A virtual event for the entire church

Have you ever wondered why some people come to church once, then never come back again? Do you wish you could find a way to encourage them to return a second and third time and to become regular participants in your church’s life? During this training, you will learn why people come to church but don’t return. You’ll discover things your congregation might be doing that turn them off or make it hard for them to return. Best of all, you will find out how your church can ”stick” in the hearts and minds of visitors so that they’ll want to return and become assimilated into the life of your local congregation and into God’s kingdom. Guests who attend your reaping event will want to return so you can continue a relationship with them and eventually see them decide to continue their spiritual journey as part of your church family.

Session 3 – Cultivating Purposeful Friendships for Jesus

Cultivating Purposeful Friendships for Jesus is an empowering opportunity designed to transform your friendships and your church community.

During this training, you will take a deeper dive into Jesus’ method of evangelism, which we are told is the only method that will give us true success in reaching people for God’s kingdom.

This will not add an extra burden to your life or require extra time on your part, because you will learn how to redeem the relationships you already have in your life for the kingdom of God.  You’ll receive practical tips on things you can do to build friendships and trust with the pre-Adventist people in your life.

Session 2 – Conducting an Effective Bible Study Ministry

“Conducting an Effective Bible Study Ministry” is an empowering opportunity designed to transform your church community.

During this training, you will learn about one of the most fruitful methods of growing your church through baptisms–an effective Bible study ministry.

Within Adventism, the door to the baptistry leads through a Bible study.  As a general rule, churches that do Bible studies have baptisms and grow.  Churches that don’t do Bible studies don’t grow.

In this training, you will find out about an excellent way to find fresh Bible study leads in your community. You will be given the formula for how to start Bible studies with people in the community you are not acquainted with. You will also gain insight into how to nurture those Bible studies into solid interests for your reaping event and ultimately, baptism into Christ’s kingdom.

I am a single mother of a wonderful, loving, intelligent, active, creative, techy, social, out-going, athletic, creative, hard-working, God-fearing teenage son.

My teen believes in the one & only loving, omnipotent Heavenly Father. He has prayed, "Lord, help Thou my unbelief...", "Lord, help me overcome temptation...", Lord, help me to grow into a Godly, respectful, responsible, loving, strong, honorable, faithful, intelligent, virtuous man."

We need major prayer. There are MUCH more distractions in this world than there ever were before. Jesus is coming back soon!

We start and end the day with family worship_hymns, prayer & scripture reading. He leads out and picks the hymns & devotional he will read. We each pick the scripture we will recite or read.

I believe it's important for him to lead out in family worship (as he will one day lead his family to the Lord), and for him to chose what songs will minister to his heart/mind (to help keep him anchored).

We've been through numerous storms in our lives, and have tried to continue to praise our Heavenly Father through the storm. We are definitely dealing with great deal. Because of our life experiences, many Christians tear us down. My son had a rough start, but the Lord has changed his life. He keeps choosing Jesus.

There are those Christians who believe that our Heavenly Father is limited. A 13 or 14 year old who received ungodly instructions from his troubled dad can't change years later, and choose to follow his Heavenly Father instead. The Bible is full of characters who had a life changing experience and became mighty men (& wonderful women) of God_ Paul, and King David are great examples.

PLEASE, please pray for a increase in finances, safety, a steady job that fits our household, peace that passes all understanding, joy, support, love, wisdom, discernment, steadfastness to our Heavenly Father no matter what 'storms' come our way.

May we all be filled and baptized with the Holy Spirit every moment of the day. May we all be surrounded with God's presence, and His Holy, mighty Angels. May we all constantly seek God's face every moment of our lives.

Thank you so much.

May the One and only true God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Our Heavenly Father bless you as you bless others.
