The Texas Conference Office of Education is proud to sponsor the first (and hopefully annual) DFW Area-Wide Spelling Bee on Nov. 15, 2023, at Burton Adventist Academy in Arlington, Texas.

- When: Wednesday, Nov. 15
- 3rd-5th: 9:30 – 11:30 am (Live-streaming at 9:00 am)
- 6th-8th: Noon – 2 pm (Live-streaming at 11:30 am)
- 9th – 12th: 2:30 – 4:30 pm (Live-streaming at 2:00 pm)
- Where:
- Participating schools & their invited guests: Burton Adventist Academy (Hayes Gymnasium)
- All other guests: Streaming Online
- Cost: FREE to Participants & Participating Schools
- Parking: With limited on-site parking, shuttle service to and from the nearby Arlington SDA Church will be provided if necessary
- Food: While food for participants and chaperones is included in the event, concessions will be available for all other guest to enjoy throughout the day.
- Event Attendance: Unless you have been invited as a designated guest by a participating school, we are excited to offer a continuous livestream of the event hosted by a local personality along with our very own Associate Superintendents of Education from the TX Conference of Seventh-day Adventists!
