The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists Executive Committee promoted Tatiana Meharry to Human Resources director effective October 1, 2022.
Previously associate director for Human Resources, Meharry joined the Texas Conference in 2016 with more than 14 years of managerial experience, having graduated from Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, Texas, with a B.B.A. in Management in 2003.
During the past six years, Meharry oversaw benefits management for 550 Texas Conference full-time employees as well as ensured company policy implementation and compliance. She streamlined procedures and antiquated processes central to hiring and onboarding, providing cost-saving benefits while simplifying the process for applicants and employees.

Meharry is currently working on her SHRM certification, which is the gold standard for Human Resources professionals.
