Celebrating World Adventurer Day!

We are excited to share some highlights from World Adventurer Day. This annual event took place on May 16, 2026. World Adventurer Day is dedicated to recognizing Adventurers and their leaders, celebrating the joy and spirit of being an Adventurer. Held on the third Sabbath of May each year, this special day offers Adventurers the opportunity to embrace their unique journeys and be recognized for the invaluable contributions they make to our church community. We are grateful to everyone who participated in this celebration, honoring the passion and enthusiasm of our Adventurers.

Bryan-College Station Spanish Seventh-day Adventist Church

We had a blessed Sabbath with the children, during which we held the Sabbath School service and Divine Worship.

Marlen Cazarin, Adventurer Director

Pasadenia Spanish Seventh-day Adventist Church

Our weekend started on Friday with our club investiture. On Sabbath morning, the Adventurers led the entire program from start to finish. They participated in the Sabbath School program by leading the song service, offering prayers, and performing a drama. Additionally, they took part in the divine service by leading prayers, reading scripture, collecting the offering, and presenting special music.

Scenic Hills Seventh-day Adventist Church

The Scenic Hills Roadrunners led the church service on Sabbath morning. Each class performed a song as part of the special music segment and took on roles in calling for and praying during the Tithes & Offerings and the Garden of Prayer. The Roadrunners enjoyed making a joyful noise and sharing their love for Jesus with our church family!

Terrell Seventh-day Adventist Church

The Terrell Trekkers Adventurer Club led the church service on World Adventurer Day. They collected the offering, provided special music, and four members of the Adventurer Club presented sermonettes. Each sermonette focused on a different Bible character, emphasizing how we can learn to walk with Jesus.

Ariella Murray, Adventurer Director

Tyler Seventh-day Adventist Church

For World Adventurer Day, our Adventurers led the entire 11 AM worship service, including the sermons delivered by our two Helping Hand students and one Builder. As part of our community service project, the Adventurers created Thank You cards for our local firefighters and assembled snack baskets. We delivered these items to a local fire station, where the firefighters kindly gave us a tour of one of the trucks! The children thoroughly enjoyed visiting with them and exploring inside the trucks. On Sunday, the activities continued with some of our members attending the Dallas/East Texas Fun Day in Athens, Texas. We began the day with a general investiture, followed by various activities and a soccer game that the children were very excited about!
