The Digital Communication & Production Department exists to help share the mission, ministry, and stories of the Texas Conference through meaningful communication, creative media, and innovative technology.

We believe communication is more than sharing information. It is an opportunity to connect people, strengthen ministry, tell stories of what God is doing across Texas, and create new ways for the gospel to reach people wherever they are.

We support Texas Conference departments, churches, schools, ministries, and events by developing communication strategies, producing professional media, and building digital platforms that help our mission reach farther.

Here are some of the ways our team serves the Texas Conference:

• Digital Communication & Strategy — Develops communication strategies and digital initiatives that strengthen the Texas Conference brand and connect our ministries with churches, members, and communities across Texas.
• Video & Film Production — Produces promotional videos, ministry stories, interviews, documentaries, devotionals, training content, and other professional media.
• Live Production & Broadcasting — Provides multi-camera production, live streaming, broadcast systems, graphics, recording, and production support for major Conference events and programs.
• Web Development & Digital Platforms — Develops and maintains websites, landing pages, ministry platforms, and digital resources for Conference initiatives and special projects.
• Apps & Emerging Platforms — Develops new ways to distribute Conference content through platforms such as Apple TV, Apple Watch, mobile and connected-device experiences.
• Podcast & Audio Production — Supports podcasting, voice production, recording, editing, and distribution of audio content for ministry and communication initiatives.
• Creative Services & Branding — Supports campaigns with graphic design, digital assets, promotional materials, branding, and visual communication.
• Social & Digital Media — Creates and distributes content designed to inform, inspire, and connect audiences across digital and social platforms.
• Event Production — Provides audiovisual planning and production support for camp meetings, conventions, departmental events, training programs, and other Conference gatherings.
• Church & Ministry Support — Helps local churches, schools, pastors, and ministries strengthen their communication, livestreaming, websites, media production, and digital presence.
• Training & Resources — Provides workshops, technical guidance, production resources, and training for communication and media teams throughout the Texas Conference.
• Innovation & Technology — Explores emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, automation, translation, digital distribution, and new media tools that can expand the reach of ministry.
